Volunteering

APPLICATIONS FOR VOLUNTEERING IN 2018 ARE NOW CLOSED

We need an army of volunteers to help with all sorts of rewarding jobs at Head For The Hills Festival including stewarding at the event, backstage assistance, working in the ticket office, wristband exchange, manning the merchandise stall and other jobs some of which may take place ahead of the event.

All volunteering is unpaid but you will receive two free festival one-day passes and a Head For The Hills T-shirt in return for a pre-agreed amount of hours worked.

Day time & evening meals will also be provided free of charge .

The minimum age for volunteering is 16, those below the age of 18 must provide consent from a parent/guardian and may be paired up with experienced volunteers.

Our festival isn’t possible without our dedicated team of fantastic volunteers! We like to make a song and dance about them, because they continue to make the experience comfortable, fun and extra special for everyone that walks through our gates.

It’s no wonder that attendees comment on how friendly we are as a festival, our front facing volunteers continue to have a smile on their faces across the weekend, having fun and getting stuck in, and we couldn’t be more proud and privileged to work with them year on year.

New volunteering opportunities will be available as we plan for 2020 and beyond. Volunteers are also welcome at our home venue The Met. For more information email volunteers@themet.org.uk
