FTK

Saturday 15 September

Manchester alternative outfit FTK came to life in early 2018 after Curtis Taylor and Ciaran Egan drafted three new members — Andy Fletcher (bass), Thomas May (guitar) and Dan Houghton (drums) — into their previously named project Feed the Kid.

Writing and recording throughout the spring and summer at MMB Studios in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, the newly formed group of individuals set out to express their shared concern at what they feel is the distinct lack of morals in today’s society, and voice those opinions under the FTK banner.

FTK will release double A-Side Strange Times and Dirty Jokes on 14 September. Strange Times will be the first single from FTK with a new singles following later in 2018 and 2019. FTK’s performance at Head for the Hills will be their first appearance.
